Welcome to HuluBulu (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, applications, and content (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1) Scope & Acceptance

1.2 By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and any policies referenced herein.
1.3 We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on the website. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2) Eligibility & Accounts

2.1 You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract (or have parental/guardian consent if required by law in your jurisdiction).
2.2 When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activities under your credentials.
2.3 Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3) Orders & Contract Formation

3.1 Product listings, prices, and availability are invitations to treat, not offers. Your order is an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs only when we send an Order Confirmation.
3.2 We may cancel or reject an order (in whole or part) for reasons including stock unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing or description errors, non-authorization of payment, or legal/regulatory restrictions. If payment has been captured, we will refund the amount for any cancelled items.
3.3 Please review your order details (including recipient information and product specifications) before checkout. You are responsible for accuracy at the time of submission.

4) Pricing, Taxes & Payments

4.1 Prices are as displayed at checkout and may change without prior notice. Unless expressly stated, prices exclude shipping, taxes, duties, and other fees.
4.2 Applicable taxes and duties are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the laws of the destination.
4.3 We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Use of any third-party payment provider is subject to that provider’s terms and policies.

5.1 We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, images, specifications, and colors; actual items may vary due to screen settings, batch variations, or manufacturing updates.
5.2 Measurements and size guides are for reference; please review carefully before purchasing.
5.3 Availability can change at any time; products may be limited or discontinued without notice.

6) Shipping, Risk & Delivery

6.1 Available destinations, shipping methods, fees, and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout.
6.2 We will provide tracking information where available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; delays may occur due to customs, weather, peak seasons, or carrier factors beyond our control.
6.3 Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided (or upon hand-over to the carrier if your local law so provides). Please ensure a secure delivery location.

7) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

7.1 Our Returns & Refunds Policy is incorporated by reference. Please review it before purchase.
7.2 Items must meet the stated return conditions (e.g., time windows, original packaging, unused condition, proof of purchase).
7.3 Certain items are non-returnable for final-sale reasons; such exclusions will be indicated at purchase.

9) Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or replacement costs, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or products.
9.2 Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the product(s) or Services giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the event.

11.2 You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Services or any part thereof, except as expressly permitted by us in writing.

12) User Content & Feedback

12.1 If you submit reviews, comments, images, or other materials (“User Content”), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, and create derivative works from such content in any media, subject to our Privacy Policy.
12.2 You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any laws. We may remove or moderate User Content at our discretion.

13) Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
(a) violating any applicable law or regulation;
(b) infringing the rights of others;
(c) uploading malware or engaging in security breaches;
(d) scraping, crawling, or using automated means without permission;

15) Promotions, Gift Cards & Store Credit

15.1 Promotions, discount codes, and special offers are subject to their own terms and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
15.2 Gift cards/store credit (if offered) are redeemable only toward eligible purchases, are not reloadable, may not be redeemable for cash (except as required by law), and are subject to expiration or fees only as permitted by law.

17) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

17.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of  Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
17.2 Venue: The courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer laws provide you with non-waivable rights to bring claims elsewhere.

18) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or us, or for any other lawful reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, but Sections intended to survive (including 8–11, 15–17) shall continue in effect.

19) Miscellaneous

19.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with policies referenced herein (e.g., Privacy Policy, Returns Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
19.2 Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
19.3 No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision shall not be deemed a waiver.
19.4 Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
19.5 Force Majeure: We are not liable for any delay or failure due to events beyond our reasonable control (including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, governmental actions, internet or utility failures).
