Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

  • Domestic delivery in Hong Kong typically takes 3–5 business days via SF Express.

  • Shipping fees: Free for orders over HK$500; orders under HK$500 incur a HK$40 shipping fee.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for shopping at HuluBulu! We hope you are satisfied with your order.

If you wish to return or exchange any item, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at hulubulu@yeppers.net with your order number and product code(s).

We will respond with return instructions. Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging and tags.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Shipping fees paid for the original order are non-refundable.

  • Returned items will be inspected upon arrival. Items that are damaged, modified, or used will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their cost.

  • After passing inspection, exchanges or refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14–30 business days to the original payment method.

Please Note:

  • Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

  • Unless due to a quality issue, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

  • Requests made after 7 days of receipt will not be accepted.
